Student Athlete Meal Programs

Mr. Good Meats is proud to announce its recent partnership with Uchenna Academy. 

Uchenna Academy stands out as one of only two accredited schools in Ontario with a basketball preparatory program, providing opportunities for students and student-athletes. Mr. Good Meats is honoured to have the opportunity to fuel up Uchenna's incredibly talented athletes with healthy, hearty and delicious meals.

Monday:

Breakfast:

  • Pancakes with maple syrup and assorted fruit bowl

Lunch:

  • Triple hit mac 'n' cheese with beef

Dinner:

  • All beef, all dressed ballpark hotdog with tortilla chips and cheese sauce on side. Hot dog condiments also on side.

Tuesday:

Breakfast:

  • Yogurt parfait with waffles and maple syrup

Lunch:

  • Chef Zibby's beef short ribs with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Dinner:

  • Chicken souvlaki with rose penne pasta

Wednesday:

Breakfast:

  • Double grilled cheese sandwich on chiabatta with fruit cup

Lunch:

  • Sweet and sour chicken with chicken fried rice

Dinner:

  • Beef Lasagna with caesar salad no bacon bits

Thursday:

Breakfast: 

  • Bagel breakfast sandwich with beef patty, lettuce tomato and cheese

Lunch:

  • BBQ meat balls with poutine, gravy on side

Dinner:

  • Cashew nut chicken and chow mein noodles with thick cut onions and bell peppers

Friday:

Breakfast:

  • Chicken and waffle sandwich with maple syrup, ketchup on side with fruit cup

Lunch:

  • Teriyaki salmon with shrimp fried rice

Dinner:

  • Beef chipotle burrito bowl
